How to Deposit and Withdraw on BingX: USDT Networks and Fees (2026)

Updated Rules checked 2026-10-22

The most common way to deposit to BingX is to have USDT ready on another exchange or wallet, then go to “Assets” → “Deposit” on BingX, copy the address and send the coins over. If you don’t hold any crypto yet, you can buy some through BingX’s P2P, Quick Buy or Fiat Deposit. To withdraw, go to “Assets” → “Withdraw”, choose “On-chain Withdrawal” and send the funds to your own wallet or another exchange; if the recipient also uses BingX, an “Internal Transfer” costs nothing.

The mistakes most likely to cost you money are choosing the wrong coin or network and leaving out the Tag. BingX’s official deposit tutorial says you must double-check the deposit coin and the transfer network, “otherwise the assets cannot be recovered”; if a coin that needs a Tag is sent without one or with the wrong one, you have to file a separate recovery request, which takes 7 to 15 business days. Also, BingX accounts that haven’t completed identity verification (KYC) cannot deposit, so finish Advanced Verification before your first deposit.

Below I’ve put together the Web and App deposit and withdrawal steps, the deposit and withdrawal fees for each USDT network, and BingX’s official fixes when a withdrawal gets stuck, each with a link to the official BingX source.

Key points:
1. BingX charges no fee for crypto deposits. In BingX’s official deposit and withdrawal fee data on 2026-10-22, the USDT minimum deposit ranges from 0.1 USDT on BEP20 to 5 USDT on TON and opBNB; deposits below the minimum are not credited.
2. Official data on 2026-10-22: USDT withdrawals cost 1.5 USDT on TRC20, 1 USDT on ERC20 (minimum withdrawal 5 USDT), 0.15 USDT on BEP20 (minimum 3 USDT), and just 0.01 USDT on Aptos (minimum 5 USDT).
3. Since 2025-10-16, BingX has been switching accounts to a new account system in batches. The balance in your “Fund Account” can no longer be used for spot trading directly: transfer it to your “Spot Account” first, or switch the receiving account to the Spot Account when you deposit.
4. Sending to another BingX account by email, phone number or UID is free; a withdrawal to another BingX account’s deposit address also has its fee waived by the system.
5. After you remove or change a security item such as your phone or email, you must wait 24 hours before you can withdraw. Coins bought through P2P or with a credit or debit card are also frozen for 24 hours before you can withdraw or sell them.

The information below was verified against official pages on 2026-10-22 (fact-check date), for your reference.

How to deposit on BingX: USDT deposit steps

Check two things before you start. First, your account needs Advanced Verification: BingX’s KYC benefits table marks daily and monthly deposit limits and trading as unavailable for unverified accounts. The verification steps are in the BingX KYC verification guide. Second, decide in advance which network the sending side will use; both sides must use the same network. Button names follow BingX’s official help-center guides; if the interface changes, go by what you see on screen.

Deposit steps in the App

  1. Log in to the BingX App, tap “Deposit/Buy” on the home screen, then tap “Deposit”.
  2. Search for and select the deposit coin (for example USDT), then the deposit network.
  3. Under “More info”, set the receiving account, then tap “Copy” to copy the deposit address, or tap “Share and save address” to save the address QR code. Then go to the sending platform and make the withdrawal there.

Deposit steps on the website

  1. Log in to the BingX website, click “Assets” at the top of the home page, and choose “Deposit” from the drop-down menu.
  2. Select the deposit coin, the network and the receiving account, in that order.
  3. Click “Copy” and paste the address into the sending platform’s withdrawal page, or scan the address QR code with the sending platform’s App.

These steps are based on BingX tutorial: how to deposit crypto. According to BingX, assets are credited automatically once the blockchain network confirms them, which “usually takes anywhere from a few minutes to several tens of minutes,” and longer when the network is congested. You can track progress with the transaction hash (TXID) the sending platform gives you. How many block confirmations each coin needs is not stated in BingX’s official guides.

Which deposit network should you choose, and what about minimum deposits and Tags?

Pick the network that is cheapest on the sending side and that BingX also supports. On 2026-10-22, BingX’s official deposit and withdrawal fee data listed 11 USDT networks, all with a deposit fee of 0. The minimum deposit varies by network: 0.1 USDT on BEP20, 0.5 USDT on Solana and Polygon, 1 USDT each on TRC20, ERC20, Arbitrum One, Aptos and StableChain, 2 USDT on Optimism, and 5 USDT on TON and opBNB. Avalanche C-Chain and Plasma are not on this list, so don’t choose either of them when sending USDT in from another platform.

If a deposit is below the minimum, it will not be credited. BingX’s fix: within 3 months, deposit another amount above the minimum using the same coin and the same network, and the earlier deposit is credited together with the second one. If a coin that needs a Tag (BingX’s example is XRP) was sent without one or with the wrong one, or you deposited a coin BingX doesn’t support, go to “Fund Account” → “History” → “Deposit History” in the App and tap “Deposit not credited”; on the website, the option is next to the deposit history on the deposit page. Requests are processed within 7 to 15 business days after submission. To recover an unsupported coin, BingX charges “a certain recovery fee,” with the amount depending on the actual review. Deposits sent to an old deposit address are not credited either; you can request “Recover funds” from the deposit details page (BingX: how to recover assets from failed deposits, withdrawals or transfers). For a comparison of recovery rules across exchanges, see what to do after a wrong-network deposit; terms such as network, Memo and transfer are explained in deposit and withdrawal terms explained.

Which account does your deposit go to, and how do you move it to Spot or Futures?

BingX: Fund Account vs Spot Account states that the Fund Account is a “universal wallet” used for deposits and withdrawals and as the funding source for grid trading, copy trading and futures, but it is “not used directly for spot trading”; to buy or sell spot, you must first transfer the assets to your Spot Account. BingX’s announcement on fully enabling the Spot Account states that a mandatory switch began in batches from 2025-10-16 15:00 (UTC+8), after which Fund Account balances no longer take part in spot trading. According to BingX, if you open the trading page after a deposit and see an available balance of 0, “in 99% of cases the funds haven’t been transferred yet.”

Choose one of two ways. Either switch the receiving account to “Spot Account” when you deposit, so the funds go straight into your Spot Account, or transfer them afterwards: on the website, click “Total Assets” → “Asset Overview” → “Transfer”, choose the accounts, enter the amount and click “Confirm”; in the App, tap “Transfer” on the “Assets” page (BingX: how to transfer funds between your accounts). To trade futures, transfer USDT from the Fund Account to the Perpetual Futures account; BingX’s deposit tutorial also says you can deposit straight into the futures account. Futures use leverage, so if the price moves against you, your position may be forcibly liquidated. How to open a position is covered in the BingX futures guide. When you withdraw, the withdrawal page lets you tick which account to withdraw from; in BingX’s official guides, the Fund Account is the one that handles deposits and withdrawals.

No USDT yet? BingX’s ways to buy crypto with fiat

BingX’s official tutorials list three ways to buy crypto with fiat currency, all reached from “Buy Crypto” on the home page. Whether you can use them, and which fiat currencies you can pay with, depends on your region and KYC status, so go by what the page shows before you place an order.

  • P2P trading: after completing KYC, go to “Buy Crypto” → “P2P Trading”, choose the fiat currency and amount, and pick an advertiser. Get the payment details from the seller, pay on the third-party platform, then tap “I have paid, notify the seller”; the seller releases the coins once they confirm receipt (BingX tutorial: buying crypto via P2P trading). If you signed up with an email address, you must link a phone number before using P2P. The P2P process and its risks are covered in the P2P crypto buying guide.
  • Quick Buy: choose the fiat currency and the coin to buy and enter the amount. Under payment methods, you can choose a P2P merchant, or choose another payment method and be redirected to a third-party provider’s page to pay with a bank account or verified payment method in your own name.
  • Fiat Deposit: KYC must be completed first. The web tutorial states that this service is provided by the third-party provider Legend Trading. The App tutorial describes a bank transfer: you must enter the reference ID (Reference Code) shown on the platform when you send the transfer, and the payer’s name must match your KYC details, otherwise the deposit may fail; refunds generally take 7 to 14 business days (Buying crypto with fiat (WEB), Buying crypto with fiat (APP)).

None of BingX’s official tutorials states the fees for these three channels; the cost is built into the quote and the exchange rate, so compare the number of coins you will actually receive before you order. Card payments also carry the bank’s foreign transaction fee; how it’s calculated is explained in credit card crypto purchase fees.

How to withdraw from BingX: on-chain withdrawal steps

Withdrawal steps on the website

  1. Log in to the BingX website, click “Assets”, and choose “Withdraw” from the drop-down menu.
  2. Select the coin, then choose “On-chain Withdrawal” as the withdrawal method.
  3. Enter the withdrawal address, select the transfer network, enter the amount and tick the account to withdraw from.
  4. Check the amount you will actually receive and the fee, click “Withdraw”, then complete the security verification on screen.

Withdrawal steps in the App

  1. Tap “Assets” in the bottom-right corner of the home screen, then tap “Withdraw” and choose “Crypto” as the type.
  2. Select the coin, choose “On-chain Withdrawal” as the method, enter the address, select the network, enter the amount and tick the account to withdraw from.
  3. Check the amount you will actually receive and the fee, then tap “Withdraw” and complete verification.

These steps are based on BingX tutorial: how to withdraw crypto. BingX says withdrawals “generally take 10-120 minutes” to arrive; BingX on withdrawal records and missing withdrawals adds that BingX generates a TXID within 30 to 60 minutes, which means the withdrawal has been sent to the blockchain. When you withdraw, the system assesses your account’s security; if it flags a risk, the withdrawal needs a manual review before it goes out. Between submission and going on-chain, you can still cancel if you notice a wrong address or network; once a withdrawal succeeds it cannot be reversed, and if the address was wrong, BingX cannot trace the recipient either (What to do after withdrawing to the wrong address).

Source: BingX deposit and withdrawal fees page (the page loads with JavaScript; I read the official public data that the page itself calls), checked on 2026-10-22; all deposit fees are 0. BingX fee schedule states that the system calculates withdrawal fees in real time based on each token’s gas fee fluctuations, and the minimum withdrawal amount is adjusted dynamically as well, so go by what the page actually shows.

The fee is a fixed amount per withdrawal, so the less you withdraw, the higher the percentage. For a 100 USDT withdrawal: TRC20 costs 1.5 USDT, or 1.5%; BEP20 costs 0.15 USDT, or 0.15%; Aptos costs 0.01 USDT, just 0.01%. At 10 transfers a month, that adds up to 15 USDT on TRC20, 1.5 USDT on BEP20 and 0.1 USDT on Aptos. This assumes the receiving side supports that network; not every exchange or wallet accepts networks such as Aptos and TON. Whether USDT on TON needs a Memo depends on the receiving side’s deposit page. For a comparison of USDT withdrawal fees across exchanges, see USDT withdrawal fees compared.

Withdrawal limits depend on your verification status. BingX KYC benefits by level states that unverified accounts can withdraw 20,000 USDT per 24 hours and Advanced KYC accounts 5,000,000 USDT. All coins are counted at their USDT equivalent, the 24 hours are counted from your last withdrawal, and benefits differ in some regions, so go by the product page. Limits at other exchanges are compared in exchange withdrawal limits compared.

How do you set up the Address Book and whitelist?

It works the same on the website and in the App: on the on-chain withdrawal page, click “Address Book”, then “Add Address”. Choose the coin and network, enter a wallet label and the address, confirm that the address matches the network, and save. From then on you can pick the address from the Address Book when you withdraw instead of pasting it each time.

BingX has two different switches, and they’re easy to mix up (BingX tutorial: whitelist feature guide, 2025-10-30). One is the “Set as verification-free address, no verification needed for withdrawals” box you can tick when adding or editing an address; after that, withdrawals to that address skip two-factor authentication and face verification. The other is “Withdraw to Address Book only”; once it’s on, you can only withdraw to addresses in your Address Book. The trade-off of a verification-free address is that if your account is compromised, withdrawals to it don’t need a verification code either, so I recommend adding only your own wallets or your own deposit addresses at other exchanges. For people who rarely withdraw, BingX’s security guide recommends turning on “Withdraw to Address Book only”. Whitelist and other security settings at different exchanges are compared in exchange account security settings.

Is there a fee to send to another BingX user?

No. On the withdrawal page, change the withdrawal method to “Internal Transfer”, enter the recipient’s email, phone number or UID, enter the amount and choose the account to withdraw from, then confirm and click “Withdraw”; BingX’s tutorial labels this “0 fee”. BingX on fee-free internal transfers also makes two points: if you use a regular on-chain withdrawal to another BingX account’s address, the system waives the fee shown on the page; but if you enter another platform’s address in an internal transfer, the normal fee applies.

If you sent it to the wrong account, check the transfer status first. If it’s still “Pending review”, contact online support right away to cancel it. Once it has passed review, the money is in the other person’s account, and BingX has no right to move users’ assets directly, so it can only be returned with the recipient’s consent. That’s why you should check the recipient’s UID digit by digit before an internal transfer. What else a UID is used for, and when you shouldn’t share it, is covered in what an exchange UID is.

What to do if a BingX withdrawal is stuck or fails

The table below lists the situations in BingX’s official guides that can pause, delay or fail a withdrawal.

SituationWhat BingX saysWhat to doSource
You changed a security settingAfter you remove or change a security item such as your phone or email, you can only request a withdrawal 24 hours later; after resetting Google Authenticator (review expected to take 24 hours), you cannot withdraw for 24 hoursWait the full 24 hours. Whether changing your login password locks withdrawals is not stated in BingX’s official guidesEmail verification guide, Phone number guide, Google Authenticator guide
The coins were bought by cardAn equivalent amount of assets bought with a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay is frozen for 24 hours and cannot be sold via P2P, withdrawn or sent by internal transfer; fiat deposits and third-party purchases are not affectedThey unfreeze automatically after 24 hours; you can still trade spot and futures while they’re frozenNotice on withdrawal restrictions for fiat services

Returned by the receiving platformCommon causes are the receiving side requiring KYC, a missing or wrong Memo/Tag, mismatched networks on the two sides, or an amount below the receiving side’s minimum depositSubmit an appeal via “Help Center” → “Deposit/withdrawal failure recovery” with a screen recording from the receiving platform and the TXID of the return; processing takes 7 to 15 business daysAppeal process for returned withdrawals
Paused for network maintenanceBingX announces when withdrawals of a coin are paused; for example, on 2024-09-16 USDT withdrawals were paused for temporary node maintenance, while trading was unaffectedWait for the official announcement that withdrawals have resumedAnnouncement on paused USDT withdrawals

Sources are linked in the table, checked on 2026-10-22. More complicated cases, such as an account restricted by risk control or a request for extra documents, are covered in what to do if your exchange account is frozen. One more warning: none of the official fixes above asks you to pay an “unfreezing fee”, a “deposit” or “taxes” first. Treat anyone who says you must send money before you can withdraw as a scammer. Common tactics are covered in fake exchange withdrawal scams, and in Taiwan you can call the 165 anti-fraud hotline (165 反詐騙專線) to check.

FAQ

Does BingX charge a deposit fee?

BingX charges no fee for crypto deposits; what you pay is the sending side’s withdrawal fee. In BingX’s official deposit and withdrawal fee data on 2026-10-22, the deposit fee for USDT is 0 on every network, and the minimum deposit ranges from 0.1 to 5 USDT; deposits below the minimum are not credited.

Which network is cheapest for withdrawing USDT from BingX?

In the official data on 2026-10-22, Aptos is the cheapest at 0.01 USDT per withdrawal, followed by TON at 0.017 USDT and BEP20 at 0.15 USDT. TRC20 costs 1.5 USDT per withdrawal, more than ERC20 at 1 USDT. Before choosing, make sure the receiving side supports that network.

How long does a BingX withdrawal take?

BingX says withdrawals generally arrive in 10 to 120 minutes, and a TXID is usually generated within 30 to 60 minutes. It takes longer when the network is congested or the withdrawal goes to manual review; if there’s still no TXID 6 hours after the withdrawal, BingX asks you to contact support with a screenshot of the withdrawal record.

Can you deposit to or withdraw from BingX without KYC?

You can’t deposit, but you can withdraw. According to BingX’s KYC benefits table, unverified accounts cannot deposit or trade and can withdraw up to 20,000 USDT within 24 hours; after Advanced KYC, deposits have no limit and the 24-hour withdrawal limit is 5,000,000 USDT. Benefits differ in some regions, so go by what your account page shows.

My BingX deposit went through, so why is my available spot balance 0?

Most likely the money is still in your Fund Account and hasn’t been transferred to your Spot Account. Since 2025-10-16, BingX has been switching accounts to the new account system in batches, and Fund Account balances no longer take part in spot trading. Tap “Transfer” on the “Assets” page to move the funds to your Spot Account and you can place orders; next time, you can also set the receiving account to the Spot Account directly on the deposit page.

What if I forgot the Tag on a BingX deposit?

Go to your deposit history, tap “Deposit not credited” and submit a request. BingX states that requests are processed within 7 to 15 business days and that, depending on the actual situation, the assets are returned to the wallet they were sent from. Have the deposit’s TXID, network and receiving wallet address ready when you apply; if the information is incomplete, recovery will take longer.

What’s the cheapest way to move coins between two BingX accounts?

Use “Internal Transfer” on the withdrawal page and enter the recipient’s email, phone number or UID; there’s no fee. Even a regular on-chain withdrawal to another BingX account’s address has its fee waived by the system. An internal transfer that has passed review can only be returned with the recipient’s consent, so check the UID before you send.

Why can’t I withdraw USDT I bought by card right away?

BingX applies a “T+1” restriction to an equivalent amount of assets bought with a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay: they are frozen for 24 hours, during which they cannot be sold via P2P, withdrawn or sent by internal transfer. While frozen, they can still be used for spot, futures, copy trading and grid trading, and they unfreeze automatically after 24 hours. Coins bought via P2P also have to wait 24 hours.

If you don’t have a BingX account yet, the sign-up steps and referral code are in BingX referral code. BingX states that once an account has a deposit or purchase on record, an invitation code can no longer be added, so if you want to add one, do it before your first deposit. Identity verification steps are in the BingX KYC guide, trading fees and VIP levels in BingX fees, reserves and security record in the BingX review, and the security settings worth setting up before you withdraw in exchange account security settings. For deposit and withdrawal guides on other exchanges, see how to deposit and withdraw on OKX, how to deposit and withdraw on Bybit and how to deposit and withdraw on MEXC.
