Updated Rules checked 2026-10-22
The most common way to deposit on Ourbit is to get USDT ready on another exchange or in a wallet, then click “Deposit” in the top-right corner of the Ourbit website, choose the coin and network, and copy the deposit address to send the funds in. If you don’t hold any crypto yet, you can use Ourbit’s P2P trading or pay by card on the “Buy Crypto” page. To withdraw, go to “Assets” → “Withdraw” and send to your own wallet or another exchange; if the recipient is also an Ourbit user, choose “Ourbit User” instead and transfer by email, phone number or UID with no fee.
The mistakes most likely to cost you money are picking the wrong network, leaving out the Memo, and depositing less than the minimum deposit amount. Ourbit’s official guidance states that coins such as TON and XRP need both an address and a Memo when you deposit; if either is missing, the deposit may fail and the funds may not be recoverable. If the amount is below the minimum deposit, the assets can be neither credited nor returned.
Below I’ve put together the deposit and withdrawal steps for the website and the App, the withdrawal fees for 12 USDT networks, and Ourbit’s official fixes when a withdrawal gets stuck, each with an official Ourbit source.
Key points:
1. Ourbit charges no fee for crypto deposits: in the official fee data on 2026-10-22, the deposit fee is 0 on all 12 USDT networks. A single deposit below the minimum deposit amount cannot be credited, and the platform will not process it.
2. Official data on 2026-10-22: USDT withdrawals cost 0.01 USDT on BEP20, 0.2 USDT on ERC20 and 1.5 USDT on TRC20, with a minimum withdrawal of 10 USDT on all three; Solana costs 1 USDT with a minimum of 20 USDT.
3. Transfers to another Ourbit user (by email, phone number or UID) are free; if internal transfers are temporarily unavailable, withdrawing to the other person’s Ourbit deposit address is also free.
4. For 24 hours after you change your login password, change your linked phone or email, or unlink or reset Google Authenticator, you cannot withdraw.
5. According to Ourbit’s official KYC guide, unverified accounts can withdraw 30 BTC every 24 hours, rising to 200 BTC after Advanced Verification.
The information below was checked against official pages on 2026-10-22 (fact-check date) and is provided for reference.
How to deposit on Ourbit: USDT deposit steps
Before you start, decide which network the sending side will use. Ourbit calls depositing “Deposit” and withdrawing “Withdraw”. The button names below follow Ourbit’s official help articles (Traditional Chinese edition); if the interface has been redesigned, go by what you see on screen.
Deposit steps on the website
- Log in to the Ourbit website and click “Deposit” in the top-right corner of the page.
- Choose the coin to deposit (for example USDT) and the network, then click “Generate Address”. The network must match the one selected on the sending platform, or you may lose your assets.
- Check the token contract address: click the end of the coin’s contract address to see it in full. It must match the token contract address on the sending side.
- Copy the deposit address and start a withdrawal on the sending platform. If the network you chose needs a Memo, fill in both the address and the Memo.
- Once the block confirmations are complete, check “Assets” → “Spot Account”. “Recent Deposit Records” at the bottom of the deposit page shows progress, and “All Records” shows your history.
Deposit steps in the App
- Open the Ourbit App and tap “Assets” → “Deposit”.
- Search for and select the coin (for example USDT).
- Choose the deposit network and tap to generate a deposit address. For coins that need a Memo, first tap “I understand the above risks” in the deposit notice, then tap “Show Address and Memo”.
- After checking the token contract address, copy the deposit address and start a withdrawal on the sending platform.
- Once the block confirmations are complete, check “Assets” → “Spot Account”. “Records” in the top-right corner of the deposit page shows your deposit history.
These steps are based on Ourbit: How to deposit crypto to the Ourbit platform and Ourbit: What is a Memo/Tag. Ourbit doesn’t publish a table of how many confirmations each coin needs; it only states that requirements differ by coin and that you should check the deposit page for that coin. The same article also warns that some tokens may change their deposit address because of contract upgrades or system adjustments, so before every deposit confirm that the address is still valid rather than reusing an old one.
Which deposit network should you choose, and which coins need a Memo?
Pick the network that costs least on the sending side and that Ourbit also supports. Ourbit’s official fee data on 2026-10-22 lists 12 USDT networks: Tron (TRC20), Ethereum (ERC20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), opBNB, Solana, Toncoin (TON), Polygon, Arbitrum One, Optimism, Avalanche C Chain, Aptos and Plasma, all with a deposit fee of 0. The official data doesn’t give a figure for each network’s minimum deposit, so check the “Minimum Deposit” shown on the deposit page.
The common Memo coins Ourbit lists are XRP, XLM, ATOM, CRO, HBAR, EOS, BTS and TON. For these coins, all users share the same platform address, and the Memo is what identifies whose assets they are, so a missing or wrong Memo can lead to lost assets. USDT on the TON network also needs a Memo.
What if a deposit hasn’t arrived or you chose the wrong network?
Check the blockchain first. If the block explorer shows the transaction is not yet confirmed, or the confirmations haven’t reached Ourbit’s requirement, all you can do is wait. If it is confirmed and has enough confirmations but still hasn’t been credited, contact online support with the TxID, coin name, amount and deposit network (Ourbit: Reasons a deposit has not arrived).
If you left out or mistyped the Memo, deposited a coin or network Ourbit doesn’t support, or sent funds through a smart contract or a cross-chain method, you can submit the “Uncredited Deposit Recovery Application” form. Ourbit says the review is completed within 1 to 2 business days, while recovery may take 3 to 22 business days, and difficult cases take longer. Ourbit may charge a fee depending on the case; the amount isn’t fixed, and the fee is refunded if the funds can’t be recovered. Recovered assets can only be returned to the on-chain sending address. If the wrong Memo you entered happens to belong to another user, the assets may already be in that person’s account, and Ourbit states it cannot help any further in that case (Ourbit: Guide to the uncredited deposit recovery application). For a comparison of each exchange’s recovery rules, see how to recover a wrong-network deposit; for what terms like network, Memo and transfer mean, see deposit and withdrawal terms explained.
Which account does a deposit go to, and how do you move it to the Futures Account?
By default it goes to the Spot Account; the official deposit tutorial tells you to check “Assets” → “Spot Account”. Ourbit’s interface also has a “Deposit Account” setting: once set, it applies everywhere and every deposit is credited to the account you chose by default; if assets can’t be credited to the Futures Account, they go to the Spot Account automatically. The App’s Memo tutorial also reminds you to confirm whether you’ve selected the “Spot Account” or the “Futures Account” before depositing.
To trade futures, first transfer USDT from the Spot Account to the Futures Account; Ourbit states that transfers are free. On the website, go to “Assets” in the top-right corner, click “Futures”, then click “Transfer” on the right, set the direction from Spot Account to Futures Account, choose USDT, enter the amount and click “Transfer Now”. In the App, tap “Assets” → “Futures” → “Transfer” (Ourbit futures trading guide (web), App version). Futures use leverage, and if the price moves against you your position may be forcibly liquidated; for how to trade, see the Ourbit futures guide.
No USDT? Ourbit’s options for buying crypto with fiat
The Ourbit website offers two ways to get crypto with fiat money. Whether you can use them, and which fiat currencies you can pay with, depends on your region and KYC status; go by what the order page shows.
- P2P trading: the Ourbit P2P page describes three steps: choose an ad with a suitable price and payment method, pay the seller the suggested way and click “Transferred, notify seller”, then wait for the seller to release the coins. The page states that “Ourbit will not charge any fees”; the cost is built into the ad price. Coins you buy go to the “Fiat Account”, and you transfer them out when you want to trade or withdraw. The cancellation rules in the interface state that if a buyer cancels 3 orders in total on the same day, their buying feature is restricted for that day. For the P2P process and its risks, see the P2P crypto buying guide.
- Credit/debit card: “Buy Crypto” at the top of the website links to the Ourbit card purchase page. The official data this page loaded on 2026-10-22 shows the channel is the third-party provider Mercuryo, which lets you buy USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH and SOL, and lists the fiat currencies as Vietnamese dong, Hong Kong dollar, New Taiwan dollar, US dollar, Icelandic króna, Brazilian real and Argentine peso. How much Mercuryo charges on top is not stated on the official page, so check the quote before you order. Card purchases also carry your bank’s foreign transaction fee; for how that’s calculated, see credit card crypto purchase fees.
How to withdraw from Ourbit: on-chain withdrawal steps
Withdrawal steps on the website
- Click the “Assets” icon in the top-right corner of the website’s home page and choose “Withdraw”.
- Choose the coin, enter the “Withdrawal Address”, select the “Network” and enter the “Withdrawal Amount”; for coins that need a Memo, also fill in the Memo. When everything is right, click “Submit”.
- Click to send the email verification code and enter it, then enter your Google Authenticator code and click “Submit”.
- Track the withdrawal status on the page; once the withdrawal succeeds, you can get the transaction hash (TxID).
Withdrawal steps in the App
- Open the Ourbit App, tap “Assets” → “Withdraw”, then search for and tap the coin (for example USDT).
- Choose “On-chain Withdrawal” as the withdrawal method.
- Enter the “Withdrawal Address”, select the “Withdrawal Network”, enter the “Withdrawal Amount” and tap “Confirm”.
- Check the details and tap “Confirm Withdrawal”, enter the email verification code and Google Authenticator code, then tap “Confirm”.
- Once the withdrawal is complete, you can get the TxID on the withdrawal details page.
These steps are based on Ourbit: How to withdraw on Ourbit. For a multi-chain coin like USDT, choose the network that matches the receiving address; for an address that doesn’t need a Memo, tick “No Memo”. Some withdrawals trigger an extra verification email, and the Ourbit withdrawal verification page asks you to enter the last 4 characters of the withdrawal address. If you didn’t start the withdrawal yourself, Ourbit tells you not to verify it and to change your password or freeze your account right away. The interface says the verification window is 15 minutes.
If you notice you entered the wrong address and haven’t yet confirmed the withdrawal email or SMS, you can cancel that withdrawal in your withdrawal records and resubmit it with the correct address. Once it’s confirmed, the withdrawal enters the processing queue and can’t be stopped, and Ourbit can’t find the owner of the wrong address either. If you withdrew to another platform and left out or mistyped the memo, Ourbit will provide the TxID and other details so you can ask the receiving platform for help (Ourbit: Withdrawing to the wrong address or with the wrong Memo).
What are Ourbit’s USDT withdrawal fees and minimums?
| Network | Withdrawal fee (USDT) | Minimum withdrawal (USDT) | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) | 0.01 | 10 | Cheapest of the 12 networks |
| Plasma | 0.012 | 10 | — |
| opBNB | 0.02 | 10 | — |
| Aptos | 0.03 | 10 | — |
| Optimism | 0.04 | 5 | — |
| Polygon | 0.1 | 5 | — |
| Avalanche C Chain | 0.1 | 5 | — |
| Toncoin (TON) | 0.15 | 10 | Memo required |
| Arbitrum One | 0.17 | 1 | Lowest minimum withdrawal |
| Ethereum (ERC20) | 0.2 | 10 | — |
| Solana | 1 | 20 | Highest minimum withdrawal |
| Tron (TRC20) | 1.5 | 10 | Most expensive of the 12 networks |
Source: Ourbit fee page (the page loads with JavaScript, so I read the official public fee data that the page itself calls), checked 2026-10-22. The interface states that withdrawal fees may be adjusted according to on-chain costs, so go by what the withdrawal page shows before you withdraw.
The fee is a fixed amount per withdrawal, so the less you withdraw, the higher the percentage. Take a 100 USDT withdrawal: on TRC20 you pay 1.5 USDT, which is 1.5%; on BEP20 you pay 0.01 USDT, just 0.01%. If you transfer 10 times a month, TRC20 costs 15 USDT in total and BEP20 costs 0.1 USDT. Watch the minimum on Solana: you must withdraw at least 20 USDT and the fee is 1 USDT, so at the minimum amount that’s 5%. All of this assumes the receiving side supports that network. The withdrawal page shows the “Amount Received”, so take a look before you submit. For a comparison of USDT withdrawal fees across exchanges, see USDT withdrawal fees compared.
As for withdrawal limits, the comparison table in the Ourbit KYC guide gives 30 BTC every 24 hours for unverified accounts and 200 BTC for Advanced Verification. The limit is counted in BTC, so when you withdraw USDT the equivalent limit moves with the BTC price. Check your actual limit in the “24H Withdrawal Limit” on the withdrawal page; for the verification steps, see the Ourbit KYC guide, and for a comparison of limits across exchanges, see exchange withdrawal limits compared.
How do you set up Address Management and the Withdrawal Whitelist?
You can save frequently used addresses under “Address Management” in your “Profile” and pick from the address book when you withdraw, which removes one chance of a pasting mistake. The security options are under “Security Center” → “Withdrawal Settings”, with two features:
- Withdrawal Whitelist: when it’s on, you can only withdraw to addresses or contacts on the whitelist; when it’s off, you can withdraw to any address. There is also a “Whitelist Security Restriction”: when it’s on, a newly added whitelist address must wait 24 hours before you can withdraw to it, and if you later turn the feature off, the account must wait 24 hours before it can withdraw.
- Quick Withdrawal: when it’s on, small withdrawals to whitelisted addresses, or transfers to whitelisted contacts, can skip security verification up to a limit you set. The interface also states that even with Quick Withdrawal on, Ourbit may still require verification depending on your account’s security status.
These rules come from the Traditional Chinese interface text on the Ourbit website (the settings page is only visible after logging in; read on 2026-10-22), and the help center currently has no matching illustrated tutorial. My suggestion is to turn on the whitelist “Security Restriction”, so that if your account is ever compromised, any address the attacker adds also has to wait 24 hours. Keep the Quick Withdrawal verification-free limit low, and put only your own wallets or your own deposit addresses on other exchanges on the list. For a comparison of security settings across exchanges, see exchange account security settings.
Is there a fee to send to another Ourbit user?
No. If the recipient is also an Ourbit user, an internal transfer is the cheapest option. On the website, go in through “Assets” → “Withdraw” as usual, choose the coin and then “Ourbit User”; in the App it’s “Assets” → “Withdraw”, with “Ourbit Transfer” as the withdrawal method. You can use email, phone number or Ourbit UID: enter the recipient’s account and the amount, then confirm with the email verification code and Google Authenticator code (Ourbit withdrawal and internal transfer tutorial). The interface states that withdrawals to an internal Ourbit address “arrive quickly, with 0 fees”.
When the system says “Internal transfer unavailable”, Ourbit explains it’s a temporary restriction triggered by its risk control strategy, and the permission is restored automatically based on your account status, with no application needed. In the meantime you can use an on-chain withdrawal instead and enter the recipient’s Ourbit deposit address as the withdrawal address. The coin and network must match the recipient’s deposit page; this is also free, though the funds may arrive with a short delay (Ourbit: Why internal transfers are unavailable). For what else a UID is used for and when you shouldn’t share it, see what is an exchange UID.
How long does an Ourbit withdrawal take to arrive?
Ourbit says that, depending on the token and blockchain conditions, a withdrawal request usually gets a TxID within 1 to 60 minutes, meaning Ourbit has sent the assets onto the blockchain; after that you wait for network confirmations, which depend on congestion and the characteristics of that chain. A “Processing” status is a normal delay. If it shows “Completed” but you still haven’t received the funds, look up the TxID on a block explorer first, then contact the receiving platform. If there’s still no TxID under “Assets” → “Fund Records” → “Withdrawal Records” after more than 6 hours, Ourbit tells you to contact online support right away with a screenshot of that withdrawal (Ourbit: Withdrawal not received).
What to do when an Ourbit withdrawal is stuck or fails
The table below lists the situations in Ourbit’s official guidance and interface prompts that pause or delay withdrawals. Most are security mechanisms that lift once the time is up or after you contact support.
| Situation | What Ourbit says | What to do | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Changed login password, linked phone or email | Withdrawals are blocked for 24 hours after the change | Wait the full 24 hours; if you didn’t make the change yourself, contact support or freeze your account immediately | Ourbit Security Center interface prompt |
| Unlinked or reset Google Authenticator | No withdrawals for 24 hours after resetting the Google Authenticator code | Wait the full 24 hours; remember to back up the secret key when linking | How to link Google Authenticator |
| Reset requested after losing a security item | Withdrawals and fund transfers are blocked for 24 hours after a security item is changed; deposits and trading are not affected | Wait the full 24 hours | Lost security item page |
| Whitelist Security Restriction | Newly added whitelist addresses must wait 24 hours; after you turn the feature off, the account can withdraw only after 24 hours | Add addresses to the whitelist well before a large withdrawal | Ourbit Withdrawal Settings interface prompt |
| Internal transfer unavailable | A temporary restriction triggered by risk control strategy, restored automatically based on account status | Use an on-chain withdrawal to the recipient’s Ourbit deposit address instead; it’s also free | Why internal transfers are unavailable |
| Assets frozen with a “Risk control triggered” label | For the amount frozen by risk control, contact support to confirm | Contact online support and provide documents as instructed | Ourbit assets page interface prompt |
| Network upgrade or maintenance | For example, during the BEP20 upgrade on 2026-08-25, deposits and withdrawals on the BEP20 network were suspended; they reopen once the network is stable after the upgrade, without a separate announcement | Switch to a network that’s open, or wait for Ourbit to restore it | BEP20 network upgrade announcement |
| No TxID after more than 6 hours | Contact online support immediately with a screenshot of the withdrawal request | Take a screenshot in “Withdrawal Records” and contact support | Withdrawal not received |
Sources are linked in the table; items marked “interface prompt” are Traditional Chinese interface text on the Ourbit website, checked on 2026-10-22. How long you must wait before withdrawing coins bought through P2P is not stated in the official Ourbit guidance I checked.
For more complicated cases, such as an account restricted by risk control or a request for extra documents, see what to do if your exchange account is frozen. Also be careful: none of the official fixes above require you to pay an “unfreezing fee”, “deposit” or “tax” first. Ourbit’s anti-fraud guidance also warns that scammers may pose as platform staff or law enforcement and claim your account carries money-laundering risk to get you to withdraw or transfer funds. You can check whether an email, website or social media account is genuine on Ourbit Official Verification. Treat anyone who asks you to send money before you can withdraw as a scammer; for common tactics, see fake exchange withdrawal scams. In Taiwan, you can call the 165 anti-fraud hotline (165 反詐騙專線) to check.
FAQ
Does Ourbit charge a deposit fee?
Ourbit charges no fee for crypto deposits; what you pay is the withdrawal fee on the sending side. In Ourbit’s official fee data on 2026-10-22, the deposit fee is 0 on all 12 USDT networks. If a single deposit is below the minimum deposit amount shown on the deposit page, the assets can be neither credited nor returned.
Which network is cheapest for withdrawing USDT from Ourbit?
Of the 12 USDT networks checked on 2026-10-22, BEP20 is the cheapest at 0.01 USDT per withdrawal, followed by Plasma at 0.012 USDT. TRC20, at 1.5 USDT, is actually the most expensive; BEP20, TRC20 and ERC20 all have a minimum withdrawal of 10 USDT. Before choosing, confirm that the receiving side supports that network.
How long does an Ourbit withdrawal take?
Ourbit states that a withdrawal request usually gets a TxID within 1 to 60 minutes, and the arrival time after that depends on how congested the blockchain network is. If there’s still no TxID after more than 6 hours, contact online support right away with a screenshot of the withdrawal record.
Can I withdraw from Ourbit without KYC?
Yes, but with a limit. According to Ourbit’s KYC guide, unverified accounts can withdraw 30 BTC every 24 hours, and 200 BTC after Advanced Verification; your actual limit is the “24H Withdrawal Limit” on the withdrawal page.
Why can’t I withdraw from Ourbit after changing my password?
It’s an Ourbit security mechanism: after you change your login password, change your linked phone or email, or unlink or reset Google Authenticator, withdrawals are blocked for 24 hours. Withdrawals come back once the 24 hours are up, and the lost security item page also states that deposits and trading are not affected during that time. Don’t trust anyone who claims they can lift it early for a payment.
What if I forgot the Memo on an Ourbit deposit?
Submit Ourbit’s “Uncredited Deposit Recovery Application” form. Ourbit states the review takes 1 to 2 business days and recovery takes 3 to 22 business days, a fee may be charged, and recovered assets can only be returned to the on-chain sending address. If the wrong Memo you entered happens to belong to another user, Ourbit cannot help.
What’s the cheapest way to move coins between two Ourbit accounts?
Use an Ourbit internal transfer with the recipient’s email, phone number or UID; there’s no fee. If internal transfers are temporarily unavailable, an on-chain withdrawal to the recipient’s Ourbit deposit address is also free.
Can I buy USDT with a credit card on Ourbit?
Yes. Ourbit’s “Buy Crypto” page processes card payments through the third-party provider Mercuryo, and the official data on 2026-10-22 lists five coins: USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH and SOL. How much the provider charges on top is not stated on the official page, so check the quote when you order; your bank may also charge a foreign transaction fee.
If you don’t have an Ourbit account yet, the sign-up steps and referral code are in Ourbit referral code. For the identity verification steps, see the Ourbit KYC guide; for trading fees, see Ourbit fees (Ourbit spot trading is currently fee-free, so there’s no spot rebate); for reserves and security record, see the Ourbit review; and for the security settings worth doing before you withdraw, see exchange account security settings. For deposit and withdrawal guides for other exchanges, see how to deposit and withdraw on MEXC, how to deposit and withdraw on Binance and how to deposit and withdraw on Bitget.
